Longo's Pizza - Mentor

Their deluxe pizza is delicious, with abundant toppings. If I could give them more than 5 stars on customer service, I would, because they kindly rushed a replacement pizza order through for me after learning I had called the wrong Longo's location. Doh! Thank You Longo's Pizza.

I got a gluten free pizza and it was so bad : and I got extremely sick from it. Disappointing and won't be back

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I traveled from out of town and decided to give it a try, but I ended up waiting over an hour for my carryout order. When it finally arrived, it was incorrect, and I was told I would have to wait another half hour for them to fix it. The spaghetti looked unappetizing, and the pizza was burnt and cold. It was evident that there was a lack of pride in the food being served. They didn't offer to compensate for the missing items or refund my money. I ended up leaving the food at the counter and requested a refund, but they refused. I really hope this isn't the only Italian option in Mentor.

I've been going to Longo's for years, and their pizza is the best I've ever had—except for my father's, of course! I probably order from there at least three times a month.
