Fuji Japanese - Mentor

I took my family to Fuji for my wife’s birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. We all opted for the hibachi, and were entertained by a talented and friendly chef. The food, as always, was excellent. I had scallops and lobster, which were cooked to perfection! The kids really enjoyed the performance, and the bill was reasonable. The staff were very welcoming. We’ll definitely return!

The wontons were fantastic, but I found the udon noodles a bit underwhelming. The zucchini overwhelmed the other ingredients, and the chicken was quite chewy.

The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The food was spot on, and the hibachi quality was impressive. While the interior isn't overly modern, the service and staff were fantastic. I would definitely return.

Dined in for hibachi to celebrate a special occasion. The food was prepared well, and our chef was very friendly and fun! However , our server was very inattentive and acted annoyed any time we had a need. Not what I?d expect when I drop $150 ondinner for 4 people. I?d like to say we will return, but this has been the case nearly every time I?ve dined here. We will findanother hibachi steakhouse with more hospitable service in the future.

Love the seating. Amazing food and just as amazing service. Took my husband and son for the first time not too long ago and they already want to go back.
