Don?t bother wasting your money here. Not only will you get your order messed up, but you?ll also get a nasty attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. If you?re looking to get Dunkin?, take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Lakeshore at Mentor onthe lake. Trust me, you?re better for it. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I had to pick one so I could give you thiswarning.

Ordered the strawberry dragon fruit refresher, which I've had before at other locations, and this one taste more like tea with very little syrup and the color is more tea colored instead of tea colored. People where nice though

No one has time to wait in their ridiculous drive-through lane. They need to open up the store and service people that would like to walk in and walk out and pick up their mobile order. Waiting on cars to pass just so you can pick up your mobile order is ridiculous.

I paid almost $14 for two drinks, in which the dame that took my order, I could hardly understand what she said and almost wouldn't let me order my drink as I wanted. She told me she couldn't make my drink like that.
