Kfc - Mentor-on-the-Lake

Seriously do not believe what I experienced this afternoon! they can only drive thru or grubhub at this place. I was in the car thru window watching kitchen package order as I waited for mine. as a hired man who dropped the bucket on the floor and after laying on the floor it picked up and continued to supplement the rest of the bucket after eating on the floor. I talked to manager. his answer was not very good. the hired had what she did, but with the time I spoke with manager grubhub had left with the bucket of the huh. that has totally disturbed me

Went here about a week ago and I was turned down, I assumed they had a large order they were taking care of first. Went today and the person taking my order talked down to me and kept repeating “$4.99” in an ever increasing attitude. Won’t be coming back here.

What a joke of a restaurant.... they don't stay open to posted hours accept mobile order knowing they can't fulfill the order, and unable to refund order. Don't waste your time or money Raising Canes is open and want your business

The chicken was cooked fine but they had very little selection available on the menu and they gave me a dry chicken sandwich with no mayo or pickles.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is atrocious! The absolute worst I've ever seen in my life!!! If I would have read the other reviews I wouldn't have even stopped here. Their systems were down so myself and several other cars pulled to the side to leave. There is a light post that made it impossible to get around. We asked the driver and the workers to have the car at the window pull forward so we could all get out. They refused to move and when I finally decided to try and squeeze my vehicle through the workers said I hope you hit his car and you have insurance. Mind blown by the ignorance! My vehicle costs more than your entire establishment! The driver and workers said we were harassing them once we were all honking asking him to just move up. Unbelievable. You can't make this garbage up. I hope this place goes out of business because they dont deserve to be in business. Don't waste your time or money here!
