Wilma's Smokehouse - Menomonee Falls

The brisket and pulled pork are incredibly tender. It's obvious that every detail was carefully attended to. I can't wait to come back!

The meat was just okay. It tasted more like it was baked than having a true, authentic smoked flavor. The brisket was quite bland, but the shoulder was pretty good. The rib tips had potential, but they were too greasy. Overall, I prefer the genuine wood-smoked flavor that comes from a stick burner, rather than a large oven that only produces a hint of smoke with a few pieces of wood.

The brisket was incredibly tender—so much so that I could cut it with a plastic fork. The portion size was generous, giving me delicious leftovers for the next day! I can't wait to try more items from the menu next time. It was fantastic!

Vegan friendly! Pull Pork BBQ from Jackfruit was delicious.

Sooo good, amazing prices and super fast service. They do take credit cards which was my only concern that they may not. Only dissatisfaction is the fact they are not open more.
