Jack In The Box - Menifee

I gave this place a good rating before but this is my update. Place is pretty disgusting. The guy named Emiliano working drive thru was wearing gloves picking up trash from the floor and then handling the food with the same gloves. I threw out the food , but I’m warning the fellow patrons, be prepared for diarrhea and having an upset stomach because the way they handle food here is unsanitary. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Food is good most of the time it is not 24 hours like it’s advertised online so don’t try to go there super late at night

Take to long on the Drive through. And I'm paying more money for a chicken sandwich , but THEY ARE PUTTING LESS CHICKEN ON THE SANDWICH. THEY ARE SCREWING THE CUSTOMER.

Hours of operation posted on sign hanging on the door were accurate. The sign stated that the lobby was open until 10 PM and the lobby and the front door were unlocked, and they were indeed open still. This was really nice considering I just drove from a Jack-in-the-Box down the street that closed their doors at 9:30 PM even though they were supposed to be open until 10 pm.

This jack n the box on Newport Antelope has the best customer service for a fast food chain that I experienced. I am a restaurant manager) I come here everyday. I had an issue with my order being incorrect, so I called and they had no problem fixing the issue by remaking my order. I appreciated how well the Manager handled the situation and I will be returning again tomorrow!
