El Pollo Loco - Menifee

When I was eating at an El Pollo Loco last time, I was a child and wanted to leave Cali for 15 years. Honestly was delicious, but not as delicious as it was. But still a favorite of me.

WOW!!! Had a very tasty lunch here. We had the Double Chicken Toastada Bowl! Great. I usually don't like or enjoy fast food. It didn't taste like fast food! Thanks El Pollo Loco...

I put my order online, which was a very smooth process. When I arrived, her dining room was closed, which scared me, so I called her and they brought my order right to me! Super simple, quick and friendly service!

We ordered an 8-part family meal, and unfortunately, the chicken was either overcooked or past its prime—it was chewy, like rubber. We also paid extra for two containers of cilantro lime sauce, but got only one that was only a quarter full. The owners seem to be trying to save every penny, but this approach will ultimately cost them more due to the poor food quality. I've had a much better experience at their location in Orange County, where the food is consistently good. I won't be returning to this restaurant. The staff, however, were friendly, which was a plus.

He waited 25 minutes for our order. 3 employees stood at the checkout with no one in the line and ignored me for 5 minutes. Then finally got up. I asked where our two little family jobs were, he seemed confused when he looked around. Then I have our order on the shelf near the cooking station and frankly, to myself, oh it is here. I asked how long it was when he brought it. (30 minutes after order with only 1 other pair inside). I noticed that there were cheese and sour cream on the order that was not accepted. Day down and the food was cold. Sing it back and waited to do the order again.
