Wish You Were Here Cafe - Mendip

I came here and the food is not only delicious but very reasonably priced as well. The staff are very friendly here and there is plenty of room to sit inside. Dogs are welcome as well. I live part time in Glastonbury but work away and when I am in Glastonbury I will eat here if I fancy a cafe lunch If you are a visitor to Glastonbury I definitely recommend this lovely cafe, there is outside seating as well. I recently visited a charming cafe on the main street. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. The meals were freshly prepared in-house and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This morning we stopped by this restaurant after noticing the dog-friendly sign in the window. We ordered coffee and breakfast sandwiches – the coffee was excellent and the egg was cooked perfectly. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making for a cozy and inviting atmosphere in the cafe.

Lovely friendly staff and a good HOT cup of coffee (which you rarely get in coffee chain shops). Didn’t eat so cannot comment on food.

We stumbled on The Winking Turtle looking for somewhere for lunch that accepted dogs and I an hurry due to heavy rain. Delighted we found it! Wonderful soup (thank you Bev) hot hot drinks (thanks to Lorna) and excellent friendly service from all especially Stevie who included my dog in their attention Will definitely return when back in Glastonbury.
