The Bell Inn - Mendip

The Sunday Roast at this restaurant is truly exceptional, accompanied by excellent service. It is regarded as the best in the area, with a charming indoor and outdoor seating area. Additionally, camping options are available if required. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful establishment with welcoming employees. We spent the night in the camping area behind the restaurant and had a delightful meal and drinks at the pub. The ambiance was lovely and the prices were very reasonable.

The pub food here is excellent. The staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. We tried the ham, egg, and chips as well as the homemade steak and ale pie, both of which were delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was also very tasty and was great value for the price. I highly recommend this charming village pub.

Excellent family run pub reopened in December 2022. The other site on Trip Advisor lists the wrong website. This is the correct one.

The best food in my opinion for miles around, Hearty pies served with plenty of veggies to which you can help yourself. Friendly attentive staff too. You will not be disappointed.
