Bidrage med feedbackThe coffee is excellent and the staff are top-notch. They are always friendly and welcoming, and they even allow dogs and provide dog treats. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Let's begin with the positives - our coffees and paninis were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Despite there only being two couples ahead of us, we waited 12 minutes to be served. No tables had been cleared and it took an additional 5 minutes to receive our coffees. After clearing a table ourselves, we waited another 10 minutes for our food. We had only intended to stop in for a quick break.
Every table cleared and cleaned as soon as vacated. Not always the case these days sadly. Nice friendly staff and good coffee.
Popped in to do some work so was in no rush, the staff were absolutely delightful, coffee tastes amazing much nicer than any other high street coffee. I later found out that coffee #1 was the only coffee shop open in the town centre this day and there was a constant queue out the door! The staff were calm, efficient and despite the tricky times in hospitality at the moment absolutely smashed it; only two members of staff on shift yet there isn’t a single complaint I could make! Absolute credit to the store and the buisness
Nice selection of sandwiches and cake even though it was mid afternoon, clean surroundings and toilets. disappointed that they still will not take cash, especially as we are 6 weeks out of most lockdown restrictions, happy to pay for my first order as a few items purchased on my card, but for £1.10 purchases. I was then very disappointed he one of the staff abruptly telling a elderly gentleman he could only pay for his cup of tea on card as they don’t do cash, which he either could not or did not want to pay that way. This gave me a very poor impression of your company treatment of customers service on my first visit to your business. I am not sure the gentleman we be willing visitor to your cafe again Unfortunately the gentleman left before I could get up to pay for him
