We held our daughter's 21st birthday at Rocksalt Tapas & Wine Bar and it was fantastic! The room looked amazing, the food and drinks were great and the service fabulous! Ellie and her team did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations. We received many compliments from our guests and would highly recommend this venue.

We were seated in the closed in verandah section but it was freezing. There were blankets but it wasn't enough to keep us warm. The food was great as usual and the staff were excellent, just too cold in that section. Love the arancini.

We held my husband's 50th birthday at Rocksalt Tapas & Wine Bar and had a fantastic evening! Ellie was extremely helpful in the leadup to the event, and on the night the ambiance and food was excellent and the staff very friendly. This venue was perfect for a function and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to host an event. Thanks!

I recently held my sons christening lunch at Rocksalt with my family (21 adults and 3 children) and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The service I received leading up to the day and on the day exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Rocksalt Tapas and Wine Bar.

First time visit with a group of family and friends to celebrate birthdays on a Saturday night.The place was packed - lively and very loud as they have live entertainment on Saturday nights. Great if you're out with a party group but annoying if you want to have any conversation. Not great for a first date!To save time and argument we opted for the Chef's Choice at $45 per head which consisted of seven courses of tapas:-*Tomato Bruschetta - as expected*Chorizo and Haloumi - nice*Mexican Scallops - very nice. Loved the sweet corn puree - great combo.*Pesto and Mozzarella Arancini - nice but no sauce - just a drizzle. Had better.*Rocket Salad with Pumpkin, Fetta and Prosciutto - absolutely divine! Great dish.*Soft Shell Crab Tacos - Very nice but not enough of them.*Crackled Pork Belly - Absolutely incredible. Wonderful flavours. Again, two would have been nice...The Mojito Mocktail was fantastic as was the Gaytime Cocktail.Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Rocksalt Tapas. The skinny minnies were full on half the portions, the real foodies were only just satisfied (as we ate what the skinny minnies didn't eat!) but the growing lads and adult males were left hungry.If we find ourselves there again we probably won't go for the Chef's Choice as we didn't feel it was value for money. Instead, we'd just order off the menu till we'd had enough.
