Subway - Memphis

I attempted to go to the Subway on Austin Peay in Memphis so I called to see if they would accept the coupon mailed to me and after ringing 5 minutes I hung up called again and the guy who answered the phone answered it like it was his personal phone by saying hello...I asked is this Subway? he then said yes but I've got customers so you gotta come in and HUNG UP THE DAMN PHONE!!! Subway you can keep you coupons and subs I will NEVER set foot back in your stores! Thank you for the BAD customer service! This happened July 26, 2023 at 1:52 pm.

Little busy since Lenny's closed both locations downtown

2 days we came back to back to be shooed away minutes before they close we have no car and are at a convention with barely any money. I suggest taking business elsewhere

I would give negative -5 stars but I can't. If you see the manage a tall light skinned man keep walking. He is terrible at making sandwiches and he closes the store early. The sign says 6 so if you are not there by 5 go to Jimmy Johns. better yet if you see him in there just keep walking. His attitude is horrible! I dont see how the owners let this man run their business!!!

Food as always in subway great.
