Bidrage med feedbackOn Sunday evening at 5:45 a.m. to Strano with a family of 5. There were only 2 more tables in the restaurant and our server took 15 minutes to get our drinks before we even took our dinner order. We had two young children who were very hungry. The service was very slow and the food from the kitchen was slow. There is no reason in a practically empty restaurant for dinner to take 2 hours and for the client to ask the server again and again where the food is. He didn't even put our duck orders in the kitchen until we finished with our salads and apps that came out at the same time. After that it took 20 minutes to get our entrees. In my opinion, the kitchen is operated extremely inefficiently, the waiting staff is poorly trained and everything in all restaurant is poorly managed.
Loved loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, the scenery and the food was delicious. Plenty of options based on the menu, most definitely would be back again.
Party of 4 for a girl’s get together for a birthday. We sat in the bar area and there was maybe only 1 table in the dining room. It was a Wednesday night. Service for food was extremely slow. The charcuterie plate we ordered for an appetizer took at least 30 mins to bring out. It was pretty good. I ordered the spinach manicotti and was told 20 mins after I ordered that they were out of manicotti and I needed to reorder. Not wanting to make the others at the table wait for their dinner, I then ordered just a plain Caesar salad and it was a little dry. My friends had steaks and chicken rollatini. The chicken was ice cold and the Brussels sprouts that we had ordered extra of, were burnt. After reheating, my friend said the rollatini was horrible. They didn’t charge me for the salad but they also did nothing for my friends birthday. They did tell her happy birthday so they did know the occasion. We will definitely not be back. What happened Chef Josh?
Poor service food was just ok. Mediterranean Salad was very salty. Desert was stale.
We went for brunch on a Sunday and we seemed to beer the rush at 11:30. When we left it was much busier. Every thing we ate was amazing. I can not wait to go back to try something new. I almost didn’t put butter on my biscuit but thankfully I did and it was like dessert it was so good!!
