Starbucks - Memphis

So today was my first time ever visiting a Starbucks location. First time and LAST TIME. I decided to try them today for a strawberry lemonade refresher and was told that it was out. I ask for mango. Out. Peach, out. JUST GIVE ME A CUP OF WATER. ????

Whenever I have a doctor's appointment my daughter takes me there to get a frappe. I have been addicted every since. A1 service.

Ordered a plain cup of coffee at the register. Was made to wait behind innumerable complicated frappaccino orders, and then was given a cold pour. Disappointed.

Comfortable, friendly and efficient. This location struggled for years but seems to have found it stride in new management. I have frequented this location for 7 years and have never felt more comfortable than now being there. They say to hello to you when you come in and they remember your name; the Starbucks standard I love. Thanks.

On a Saturday night, all the baristas decided to lock the store and go stand on the side of the road protesting something... ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 6.30 PM!!!! (I don't know what they were upset about, the signs were incoherent and their shouts incomprehensible. Their precious little protest cost them money that night and a customer in perpetuity. I sincerely hope the owner of this location FIRED them all. I went 3 miles down the road to another Starbuck's and had a wonderful time. I WON'T be back to this shop... ever...
