Pimento's Burgers, Grill - Memphis

Good food, nice portions, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Pimento's now has a cozy bar and grill atmosphere. Customers can still grab meals to go from a refrigerated cooler. They also offer a great selection of craft beers.

The restaurant is in a good location with lots of TV screens, but the food was average. I ordered the pimento bacon burger with jalapeño cheese, but it had no spice at all. The server also just told me my total without giving me a check. Overall, I don't plan on coming back.

We visited for lunch today for the first time on a whim. I wanted to like this place as the reviews were good and menu looked decent. Our waiter made it very apparent he didn?t want to be there and was basically rude and not very personable the entiretime. I had questions about some of the items on the menu and he brushed me off saying he honestly didn?t have answers for me ashe didn?t ever eat anything on the menu?. Ooooook then It wasn?t very busy yet I felt like he was rushing us to order. Weordered fried pickles that came out barely done, very soggy and he basically threw them on the table and ran away. I?m givingtwo stars because the burgers we had were good :

Rita was an exceptional server. She welcomed our table with a smile and made our party feel special. One of the owners even brought our food and asked for our feedback, which made for a fantastic experience. I would definitely return as the food was delicious!
