Lennys Grill Subs - Memphis

This was the first time that I visited this location and the 1st time I had a Lenny's sub that wasn't juicy and delicious. The bacon was undercooked and so were the veggies for the Philly. I'll stick to the East Memphis location.Customer service was great. The gentleman did offer a remake, but I had an appointment.

The staff was friendly even at the rush lunch hours.

I was greeted upon entering and my order was made perfectly. They always have a good crowd flow, but I never wait too long for my food.

Food is good as always, but no a1 sauce?. But let me see if I've got this straight “wear a mask inside but no soap in the restroom ”

I ordered a curbside order but when I got there the app would not let me select the “Im here” option so I tried calling multiple times and never got an answer. I had to physically go in and pick up my order which was something I wasn't prepared for. This was a big inconvenience. The curbside was my main reason for driving all the way to this location, other than that I would have went to the location near my home.
