Lennys Grill Subs - Memphis

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. It was a terrible experience - very poorly run and the staff seemed incompetent. I ordered online and still had to wait an additional 45 minutes for two simple sandwiches.

I mean the food is good, but I ordered a pick up for two sandwiches and they told me it’d be 10—15 minute. I get there 35 minutes after the call and the employees are just sitting and then get up and tell me it’s not ready yet? The store is empty, and they are just chilling? Then i get home and open it up to a destroyed sandwich, I mean I guess I’ll just stick with jimmy johns.

This is definitely the best Lenny's in town! The staff is consistently friendly and the food is always prepared perfectly. I frequently order Uber Eats deliveries from this location and have never had any issues. I appreciate the great service from all of you and the new team is even better.

Gave me the wrong sandwich and the bread was stale.. couldn't even eat it.

I really liked the service… They get u in out so fast…
