Krystal - Memphis

Very rude at drive thru. I was told they were doing shift change at 830 last night. That never happens in restaurants on the half hour. The employees were all in the parking lot on the clock getting paid. I have tried to get Krystal's 3 times in last 2 weeks between 7 and 10 pm. Always told they are not taking orders at drive thru because they are in the middle of shift change. Also, store on poplar has sign in window which states Open inside 6 am to 8 pm. Stopped in after work and got the bacon cheese Krystal combo. First time trying those. It was very good, fresh and hot. Server seemed to be working alone but he did a great job.

Waited in drive thru for 20 min. No one ever took our order.

I've been here a few times in the middle of the night to get some food after a night on the town and several of those times this poor woman is working by herself and still makes my food faster than a fully staffed McDonald's.
