Firehouse Subs East Gate - Memphis

Repeated my order back to me and still got it wrong. Also beverage station was out of straws napkins sweetners etc.. most of the staff was standing around and the kid that was making the food kept adjusting his pants that were down to his knees.... gross.Food: 3/5

I placed a to-go order and had the Hook and Ladder sandwich. It was delicious!

Loved veggie sub with two cheese, a lot of veggies and sautéed mushroom! Must try sub shop if you’re tired eating from Subway.

The staff made eye contact, treated me like I belonged. And very attentive to the way I wanted my food... My food was set and ready before I could get my soda.. Way To Go Team...

Always easy ordering from here. Even when I had a small mishap with my online order, it was taken care of quickly and with care. Love this location.
