EL Toro Loco - Memphis

This was a first time try. The service and food were both good. We were able to sit on the patio. It was a pleasant experience. The waiter was very friendly and nick. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas. It could have used some pico . To and fresh flavors.

The food was delicious. It wasn't highly seasoned but it also wasn't bland. The drinks weren't too strong but they weren't watered down either. It's my ????????birthday???????? weekend I had a great time great meal in spite of the pandemic COVID-19 restrictions. God bless us all!!!????????

They weren't able to serve alcohol until sometime in April... So no margaritas. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The chips, salsa and queso weren't too bad. I enjoyed the cheese steak tacos.

Pricy, but worth it. margaritas great staff, food proportions with big and was delicious!

Great place to eat. services were great and atmosphere perfect. eating was amazing
