El Toro Loco - Memphis

I was overcharged for lunch and was told by the cashier that he couldn't change the price. It is what it is...but that's not the price advertised on the menu. I was totally disappointed with my service and vowed to never patronize them again.

Good food but pricy ticket. Enjoyed shrimp and rice and two small drinks. But we will still go back.

The service and the male bartender was horrible. They would not honor their own happy hour special and after paying for food a request was made for a to go cup 10 times and the male bartender kept stating ok and did not give but served other ppl with drinks in to go cups Even my brother asked for one and he ignored. I became irate and threw my cup of water in the bar area and yelled for my to go cup The young male bartender stated of disrespecting him and did not provide but the female manager requested for me to calm my voice. I informed her that I have been waiting patiently for my cup and have paid my bill. Give me my dayum cup! She did and I left. Needless to say, I will never support this place with the disrespect that was shown. I am very mild mannered so, YOU KNOW I HAD TO BE REALLY PROVOKED TO THROW MY WATER CUP!!! They really do not like ppl of color, only their money and will not ever support this establishment ever again!!!!!

Extremely rude employees. Very long wait time. Roaches everywhere. Manager cussed out employee. None of the employees care they are all too busy gossiping on their phones

Service is horrible. It took 30 mins to get our drinks and another 30 mins to order then another 45 to get our food. My mixed fajitas came out cold no sizzle what so ever. The most horrible thing is there was maybe 4 tables there. And they couldn’t get the service right. They didn’t deserve the 18 percent I will never bring my family back here
