Don Don's Hot Wings - Memphis

The chicken was definitely not cooked properly. When you pull the wing apart, it's tough, and the meat inside is pink while the outside is brown. The chicken looks bright under the sauce, which is quite unappealing. I can't stand undercooked wings, and it’s hard to understand who serves half-cooked wings like this!

I ordered a burger with onion rings, hot wings, and a side of fried pickles, and everything was absolutely delicious! Even the Kool-Aid was spot on! The burger was juicy and bursting with flavor, made exactly to my specifications, and the bun was perfectly toasted. The homemade onion rings were well-seasoned and delightful. The hot wings were generously sized, cooked perfectly, and had just the right amount of spicy sauce—both flavorful and crispy. They came with celery and carrot sticks, which were a nice touch. The fried pickles were also homemade, coated in a crispy, seasoned batter. The staff were incredibly polite, and my food was ready about 15 minutes after I placed my order. It was so fresh that it was still hot when I got home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The wings were decent, but that’s about it. I ordered through DoorDash. The burger was tasty, but after taking a bite, I decided to take off the pickles and found that the bread was moldy. I'm feeling queasy just thinking about it. If I had my car, I would drive there and have a serious talk with the cook. How can you serve moldy food? That’s completely unacceptable. The fruit punch looked appealing, but someone else got to it first. My boyfriend poured it out before I could snap a photo.

I love Don dons! This is my first time ordering from this location first time trying the honey BBQ flavor. We also got the hot and honey hot. These wings were so good omg dripping in sauce and cooked perfectly. First time ordering the cheese burger as well and I was so surprised how good it was. Whoever the cooks are here I love them!
