Dave Buster's - Memphis

Horrible service! We waited over 30 minutes for drinks, we also had 3 of our 5 orders wrongs.

I'm not sure if the restaurant was short-staffed due to the holiday season or what, but our experience was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, it took almost an hour for us to be seated while other guests were able to seat themselves. Once we were finally seated, multiple servers passed by our table without acknowledging us for about 30 minutes until we had to flag down the bartender to find out who our server was. The bartender kindly took our orders and got our drinks. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold and 30 minutes apart, so we weren't able to eat together.

Reservation was cancel due to another event, my issue was no one contact me about the cancellation. It was my son’s birthday and he was excited about celebrating there. I understand things happen, however it would’ve been nice for an email or call about the cancellation.

Server put our order in wrong and food took an hour and a half to come out but was wrong so we waited even longer. It wasn’t busy they just didn’t have enough servers from the looks of things. Never came back to check it we needed refills or anything else.

Too high cost way too much for a kid party , spent 800 for 30min of fun
