Very Great Customer Service! I forgot to get the young lady name who was on front counter but let me just say she was amazing. I called in to place my order after they stop accepting orders over the phone. I was directed to come in or go onlineto place an order.. I immediately went online,placed my order,drove to the place of business within 15 minutes and was told I had about 7 minutes left for order. Fye every time. No complaints so far. I order togo, wing combo with a drink and usually a dessert every time. The banana pudding is SO good and the hospitality is always on point. Weekend ain’t complete without some Crumpys!

Food was prepared just right and it was ready in 20minutes like they said

Worst crumpys in Memphis every time I call to place a order they either say call back to place a order or leave me on hold forever everytime they need actual people who cares about they job and practice good customer service working there

They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I was excited when they first open in the neighborhood now I just wish something else will move in that building.
