Buffalo Wild Wings - Memphis

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant a few times recently. There was an error with my order once, causing us to drive back to get the correct food. Last weekend, we ordered around 3pm and were surprised to find out that they were out of wings. However, they do serve the best mac and cheese.

7/28/22: Our dishwasher broke, so I took the kids to this location and was promptly seated, but ignored by several wait staff for the next 30 minutes as customers who arrived after us were being served. We ending up leaving and still no one ever spoke to us. I guess they didn?t like the way we looked or something. Oh well. Never going back.

Our experience at BWW was relatively average. It seemed like our waitress was new, as she had some confusion with a custom order my wife placed. Despite ordering a vegetarian burger with guacamole and bbq sauce, the waitress seemed unsure and had to clarify a few times. She also had to check if the additions were possible, even though they were listed on the menu for an extra cost. The cheese was left off the burger, which I wasn't sure was the waitress's fault or the cook's mistake. The mozzarella sticks were standard, but the marinara sauce was lacking and I had to ask for more. The loaded tots were good though. Overall, the waitress was nice and checked on us occasionally, but could benefit from more training in handling custom orders.

I entered the restaurant and took a seat at one of the few clean tables. I observed the wait staff walking by without acknowledging me. I set aside my menu and waited for over 15 minutes without being greeted. This was the worst service I've ever received at this BWW. Disappointed, I decided to leave and went to a nearby Mexican restaurant instead. The service there was excellent, a stark contrast to my earlier positive experience at BWW during lunch. My cheeseburger was delicious and my waitress, Toni, provided great service. It was my enjoyable lunch that led me to return for dinner. Despite the empty restaurant, the lack of attention was concerning. I wondered if other patrons had also experienced being overlooked.

I come here at least once a week. Place has been getting better, slowly but surely. My coworker and I come for lunch and sit in the bar area. Ashley is our server and we always get hot food and cold beer. They have made some changes recently that makes the environment feel more relaxed. Not sure how to explain it but keep doing what you are doing!! Ask for Ashley as well!
