Masterson's Steaks - Melville

I had the pleasure of eating here 5 times during my stay at the Hilton. I'll say Masterson is a little expensive, but the quality is worth it. In the first night my mother and I shared the Calamari. It was $10, but it was pretty big so it was worth it. I had the lemon shrimp and my mother had the 1/2 roast chicken. The shrimp pasta was quite a large part, but delicious. The chicken was so moist, we never tasted chicken so humid and we will not be able to eat again chicken in diners now. we were spoiled. We had the chocolate queen for dessert and it was so rich, it was pure forge. The next day for lunch I had the Cheeseburger. The burger was very good and came with Long Island Fritten (only regular French fries[ I think they should only sound locally for travelers. We also share the big pulp (they are not jokes with cheese sauce. The New England Clam Chowder was excellent as Masterson's is not a seafood restaurant. Our last night we shared the meatball slider (which was so good and I got the 9oz Filet Mignon. I'm usually not a mignon person (I usually prefer Sirloin, but that was so good, no bite was was wasted. To dessert we have the chocolate queen again. The drinks I'd say are cut. There is no cocktail menu, but if they have the ingredients, they will do what you want. The only thing I say is that if you drink more than 3 cups of coffee (the original coffee plus 2 refills you will be charged for more than 1 cup of coffee!!! There is no sign in the menu so I didn't find it until I got the bill.

Quality steak at a reasonable price. Did not disappoint the wedge salad, fillet and Mac and cheese. The staff was friendly, accommodating and really went out to make sure we had a great experience. This is not only a hotel restaurant, but a steakhouse with a hotel on site. Would recommend travellers and locals alike.

Every time I stay at the Hilton Hotel in Melville LI, I enjoy breakfast with my family, but the services are excellent as Mr nagassi takes care of us,

Customer service is constantly fast, excellent mood, friendly staff. I'll eat here again when I'm in town.
