White Castle - Melrose Park

I love castle burgers with EXTRA PICKLES and the sweet tea is GOOD ! The employees are the BEST!

This location has always been a good visit. Never a problem for decades.

Management and all the employees knowledgeable and kind, considerate and helpful with each other and with helping you decide what you might want and options you may not have considered. Great!

I was disappointed. Came in and ordered a crave case of 30 cheeseburgers. Young lady (very nice and courteous said that will be $36. I thought that was kind of high but figured maybe their prices went up. After I paid I looked at the board and it said $33.99 for the crave case cheeseburgers. I mentioned it to what appeared to be the manager. I did say don't worry about it, it's only a couple of bucks and the young lady who waited on me was very nice. What did bother me was immediately to my left was a sign that said 10 cheeseburgers $8.99. If I had gotten 3 of those bags it would have cost me $27 instead of $36 (yes I know, this was my fault, I should have seen this . I don't know, I just think that the employee should have said to me, you can get 3 bags of the 10 cheeseburgers (again, 30 cheeseburgers and save $9 (even the manager could have given me a credit for the difference . In their defense, I did say to forget about it (I said it in a nice way . I guess I'm just venting because I paid $9 too much. Oh well, if I was rich I probably wouldn't even care. :

I live in Chicago, but now I live in California. The fresh burgers taste 100% better than the frozen. Food was fresh and hot... Service was fast and reasonable...
