I really liked that this place looks better inside than appearance from outside, decoration beautiful, the colors on the wall makes you feel peaceful, clean, good service cafe con leche tasty portion size good.. I will really recommend Café 23 to my friends and family..

I love the food. It is nice to be able to be options from Puerto Rican food or something Cuban, it is mixed Latin American food. Your Jibaritos are AMAZING. I only know ham-jibaritos, but I tried her steak and it's my fav now. I was always afraid to try the steak since every time I got a Djibaritos ham, but now I love the steak. Her empanadas or others call it pastelillos are also amazing. I love this place and I love the convenience that if I want something Latin American, I have a place nearby that I can eat instead of going to the city. I live in the tombs, so this is perfect, only 10 min from where I live. I'll be regular. And not to forget that her Café con Leche is so good. I'm not a hot coffee drinker; I like cold coffee, but I drink it.

First time customer today. Let me tell you the jibaritos are fantastic. Great friendly staff greeted us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place, i will be going back again!!
