Bidrage med feedbackEverything was ok until I got to checkout. The cashier was a nice person, but the African American woman bagging the items gave me an attitude when I asked for a bag for a cake I bought. She said something about the cake slipping, and she's not having no part of it.
From a very unfriendly staff, to confusing produce pricing such as red pepper by the lb and green by the piece, written in tiny letters. Questionable quality overall. Cermak opening next door...good luck with that!
The store has good stuff and deals, unfortunately the people in the Deli are Horrible.There's this old woman who looks drunk who See's you standing there and she after 5 min was asking me if I needed anything from across the deli,she had this disgusting look and attitude. She should be fired she don't seem to even like what she does.She wanted me to walk over to her,I told her she needs to come over her by the Lunch meat and help me and don't scream across the deli. Then this Black kid with these giant cross earrings on was just standing there and talking cocky to the old woman and it's so unprofessional. I was going tell her drunk looking self to go retire......Clearly Customer service is not her thing. Then I had to repeat myself constantly as she was acting like a rotten bar Drunk. I now will be going to Tony's for my Lunch meat. Why would I want to give my business to Jewel if the customer service Sucks and I have to be Insulted by some rude out of Touch woman with her nasty face and attitude. Jewel should fire her rehire and train employees to great customers with a smile not a nasty Attitude. Plus the deli is Filthy,They never clean the Slicers. Same goes for the guy in the meat department the older black guy.He never wants to help you. Nor going to give them my Money Anymore. Bad cocky Employee don't belong in Customer service Jobs. Sad
One because I cannot do 0. I placed a catering order for two different times. For the first order I waited over 30 minutes because it was not ready at the time scheduled for. When I went to pick up my second order, I was told that there was no order for me. We came to find out that they screwed up and handed both orders at the first pick up time. I was left with no food for 50 people! The kicker is that I called them the day before my event to confirm both orders and I was assured that they would have them already. Well they fooled me.... Needless to say, I will NEVER order for them again.
This store relies on machines instead of paying cashiers … pay people right and give them enough hours you will have workers !!! Funny how Costco down the street has no problem having workers !!! Instead I spend $200 ringing and bagging my own groceries !!! Where’s my pay for doing this !!! Will no longer go in stores that rely on machines for check outs !!!
