Dunkin' - Melrose

I never have a complaint with his Dunkin' Donuts fast service. Excellent service really good people get everything right every time I never get burnt coffee. It never taste like it's been sitting for a long time. Everything's always fresh always good I don't know about anybody else but I was have great experiences every time I come here and I can't say that every Dunkins I went to especially the Georgetown mass one it's disgusting and the Saugus one is even worse I watch the woman kill bugs with her hands and not wash her hands and then make my food and the very next morning I was so sick all day and I have three jobs. I can't stay home and be sick. Highly recommend this one 100

So I came into this location early enough to avoid the after school rush,was greeted and my order was taken but not filled entirely,I was ready to request another coffee but was rung out/not asked if I was having anything else besides the coffee I was given/had ordered,I get it that location is busy at points,it wasn't then..one of many reasons why I don't frequent this location..service and customer care seems to have been pushed by the wayside

This is a great dunkins. They are friendly and caring and they have great customer service skills. I go outa my way to go to this dunks

My husband and I walked in and was greeted and had ordered two coffees and had one of them made wrong. Asked nicely to have it remade and then got told that we hadn’t told them what we wanted in it and was told how they make latte's. I personally work at a dunkin and know how drinks are made and it was not made right to begin with. Would not recommend going to this Dunkin.

This is my new favorite Dunkin Drive through was quick and easy and I got exactly what I ordered! Thank you for being the highlight of my day when I needed it the most!
