Elsie is an efficient, professional, and personable service person. She works very hard and gives a friendly personal touch to every person as well in the cue line and inside the restaurant. Elsie gives conscientious attention to keeping tables and service areas clean, organized, and filled with proper supplies.

The interior of this Fazoli's was clean. The staff members were notably friendly and efficient, maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring orders were taken promptly and accurately. I was immediately blown away by the amazing job Shay was doing. I do not believe she is the manager but she was clearly effectively running the whole restaurant. Great manners, accommodated all our requests- she was really going above and beyond in many ways. In my opinion she 100% deserves to be promoted! The food was excellent as well.
