Tucker Burger - Melbourne

Terrible experience. eating was normal and the manager wouldn't take my call when I called to inform him. I pointed out to return my card for the burger who was thrown into the müll. in any case, would not go back here.

We had another amazing dinner. We were impressed by the delicious flavors, generous portions, and excellent service. We are frequent visitors and this restaurant never fails to impress us.

Had the worst customer experience. I ordered a burger without particular ingredients due to my child's allergies. Reconfirmed these when I ordered over the phone and when I picked up. Upon serving it, the burger had the ingredients in it. Burger in the bin as food was contaminated. Then rang store only to get the front counter girl trying to sort out the issue as the manager would not take my phone call. Requested a credit back to my card, which they said they could not do. Hmmmm. First place I know that is able to take a credit card transaction, but not refund.

I have been in a few times now with friends and there is always friendly and fast service for dinner. Tucker Burger is a great hidden gem in the area that everyone should try.

The service at this restaurant is terrible and the staff have no understanding of how to treat customers. I would not recommend ordering from here.
