The Graham - Melbourne

Food was excellent and each of us choose something different.We four sat in a cosy corner, ate great food, chatted and imbibed a bottle of wine. Of course, we couldn't leave without trying dessert!Have since eaten there! The Graham may become our local food haunt. Believe we are dining there tomorrow evening! Which, of course, allows further exploration of the menu!! By the way, the service was friendly and they got it right!

Perhaps the ease of making a booking for 6 on a Friday night 30 minutes prior says it all . Bread was lovely but could have done with more . My chcken liver pate tasted ok but was almost runny in texture . My main of fish and chips was again acceptable but nothing special . One of our group has risotto that was so salty as to be almost inedible My wifes fish was also just ok. So ho hum is just about right not bad not great . But there is a lot of competition in the area .

We returned to the graham after it has had minor renovations by the new owners but were extremely disappointed. The place is now very noisy more like a cafe, the service inexperienced and slow. We had to continually ask where our drinks were and the waitress even forgot one order and ask us again if we'd like to order something to drink. We were asked 4 times if we liked the food which became annoying. The food is ok without been great but the noise and the service really need to improve at this price range.

Dined here recently with friends . We had all heard good reports about the Graham and so we were looking forward to our lunch here.The old Cornet pub has been tastefully converted into a restaurant which has a really nice feel about it . It light and airy which makes for a very comfortable dining environment . The food was extremely good . We started with Pork Pot Stickers as a tasting then went on to a selection of entrees including the Scollops , Prosciutto & Kingfish which were all excellent .For mains we had the Schnitzel , Chicken , Tempura Fish & Lamb . Again we were all impressed with our choices . We finished with the soufflé which was very nice.The wine list is extensive and the coffee is good .The service was excellent and rounded off a very enjoyable afternoon at a great establishment .Do yourself a favour and try The Graham ...... I don't think you will be disappointed

Service and food was excellent. All the staff was so kind, polite and gentle. Food was too good. One of the best steaks I had. Would go there again for sure.
