The breakfast bowl was unique and quickly became one of my favorites. The Homemade Roasted Nut Granola is one of the healthiest choices on the menu, perfect for those looking for a hearty breakfast without the guilt. The chef's inspiration from fit and healthy breakfast options is evident in this light and tasty dish. The Cornetto, an Italian Croissant served with various toppings like Strawberry Jam, Nutella, Honey, Peanut Butter, or Vegemite, was a delightful combination of crunch and soft buttery center. The Pulled Beef Sandwich was outstanding, with its 8-hour roasted beef brisket, melted cheddar, chipotle, and spinach stuffed in sourdough. This is no ordinary toastie- it's a must-try.
The Best Beans Around lived up to its name. The slow-cooked fagioli beans were the standout dish for me during breakfast. The beans were cooked in a flavorful tomato-based sauce and had a perfect texture that wasn't mushy. Paired with chunks of mozzarella cheese and toasted sourdough, it was a fantastic combination. The Pulled Beef Sandwich was also delicious and I would definitely order it again, along with some healthier Breakfast Bowls.
I recently visited a charming café on Fitzroy Street in the lively St Kilda area. I was invited to a blogger event to sample their new breakfast menu and I had a fantastic experience.
