TGI Fridays - Melbourne

I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant. It took 56 minutes for our food to finally arrive. The main course came with a hair in it. The iced coffee was more like a milkshake with a mountain of ice cream on top. We could only order drinks through an app since the bar was closed, but unfortunately, my phone couldn't download the app. The fettuccine with shrimp had dried up, stale shrimp instead of fresh ones. The wings were tiny. To top it all off, the waitress was seen putting food on the floor while cleaning tables. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The steak with peppercorn sauce was absolutely fantastic. The meal was great value for money and the atmosphere was perfect. The staff was friendly and the view was brilliant. If you are a fan of a good glass of scotch, this is the place to go.

We ordered ribs and steak at the restaurant. The outer ribs were quite dry, but we were pleasantly surprised by the tenderness of the middle and how the Jack Daniels sauce helped soften them. The steak my partner ordered was cooked moderately rare and tasted good. We had to wait for 30 minutes before someone took our order, and they only did so when we went up to the counter to place it. It seems like the staff could be more attentive, but they were all very friendly nonetheless. We would consider returning if the prices were reduced.

Went mid-week and wanted to use an entertainment voucher. The server pointed out that all ribs were special, not only the weeks especially! So it was better to keep my voucher for another visit! Well received from me. As always the ribs loved and... my husband managed to conquer a huge burger. A jug from Ginger Ale has our delicious meal

This place is so understaffed I feel sorry for them!! Waited like 30 minutes to be served and waited another 30 just for drinks. Food came over an hour after being there and honestly it's barely better than a Maccas Burger but more than double...the price $20-$25+ Would never go again!
