Romano's Pizza Restaurant - Melbourne

Excellent food, reasonably priced and presented by good friendly staff. We eat here quite often and the quality is excellent.

We took the kids and grandparents out for a meal at Romanos and have to say that every meal was spot on. The pizzas have to be the stand out even though the pasta was still amazing and delicious also. But the pizzas, we will be back for them!!!

Attended with a group of 30 elderly people. They split the bill and provided great service. I had a pizza which was very good . My wife wanted a spaghetti dish which was not on the menu however they prepared as per my wife's instructions.it was very good. There was not one complaint from any ofourclub members and we will be booking for another dinner later this year

Simply went for dinner and ordered two mains. One main comes out looking absolutely disgusting, meat was drowned in some kind of putrid sauce and the whole plate just looked thrown together. Nevertheless, we give it a try, meat is very tough, old and chewy. We asked the waitress to take it back as it was unappealing and inedible. We decided to pay and leave, however the owner/manager decided to try and have a go at us and could not take our constructive criticism. He was awfully rude and unpleasant, had no idea how to run a business. Will never ever step near this despicable "restaurant" again.

This was the second time I've come here and this time I was extremely disappointed. I watched the chef prepare and cook the pizzas and he didn't seem to understand each individual order hence someone else had to help out. We got the wrong meal. That didn't help with hungry kids. Worst of all - hygiene. I expect a higher standard. If you are handling food then you don't then wipe your nose and continue to prepare the food. Ick!I could go on but don't want to be too negative.Plenty of parking, wheelchair friendly, toilets cleanish.
