Rock the Wok - Melbourne

Always tasty, they are not afraid to use chilli like so many other thai places. Will be back. Seating outside has heating which helps on cold winter days

The cooking area is in full view of the passing crowd so it was no surprise that it was cooked fresh and tasted great - i went for the Hot Green Thai Chicken Curry and it was certainly spicy and tasty.

I see the staff getting ready in the morning for the lunch rush hour or two. You can see the whole kitchen and all the food being prepared. It is worth a trip just in the morning to see the staff running around so busy. At lunch time people are lined up 2 and 3 people deep. I will not recommend the one dish as all the dishes are delicious. Anyone can visit here for a good and relatively cheap lunch time meal, couples, families, solo and business people. Also it is centrally located in Collins street between Elizabeth and Queen street. I reckon it is great value for money. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Rock the Wok whilst you are in Melbourne.

Service is great and fast, lots of flavours to choose from. Fantastic noodles and affordable too. I keep on coming back here each time I work in the city.

This place was very busy at Thursday lunch - always a good sign. The food was served quickly and was great in terms of the use of fresh ingredients and good Thai flavours.
