Unprofessional staff, came here for pickup, which was scheduled.made me wait for 20minutes
This is a joke. Asked wait time when ordering to pick up. Told 20 mins. Then get there just to get told it will be 10 to 15 mins more. Not acceptable when we have to be at home. Either give realistic times or have it ready when you said.
We ordered food an they brought it to our house cold.. rang em up an for the lady on the phone to say, oh not our problem
Ordered online. Pizza was delicious and delivery was perfect. Great service from Thomastown to Preston
