Miss Katie's Crab Shack - Melbourne

The restaurant has excellent food, friendly staff, and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend dining here. We celebrated my friend's birthday here and will definitely return in the future.

We had a great dining experience at Miss Katie's on a Friday evening for my man's surprise birthday celebration. He wanted to try the chili crab dish, which was delicious. The adult beverages were a nice touch, and the atmosphere was fabulous with a quirky vibe. The ordering system through an app was a bit confusing, as we had to pay each time we ordered a drink. It would be helpful if they could provide a running total. The farm dining experience was cozy and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the prices were a bit high, they were not unreasonable for a special occasion. We would definitely eat there again in the future.

The dining experience was underwhelming, but what truly disappointed me was the rudeness of the staff and their lack of professionalism. With so many friendly and genuine people in Melbourne, I would suggest looking for another place to spend your money.

There were some interesting aromes, some beautiful chicken ribs, deep fried picks etc. and it was impressively more explosive. but people. How long does it take to get a drink to a table? ten minutes? serious! they have an electronic menu. we have not even attracted the attention of the waitress. simply scan and click. four beers to go with our fries etc. the order. the beer. remove the lid. walk on the table! there! 60 seconds! not ten minutes! do you want me to come over there and train your staff?

DO NOT GO, DONT EVEN TRY. WASTE OF TIME I took my son there over the w/e and was great. Wanted to take my family there the next week, made a booking and got a call from Miss Katie herself. She spoke to me re...the policy that over 6 needed to get the feed-me menu. I shared my disappointment and Miss Kaite went a little funny, well this is our restaurants policy.... If you dont want the reservation i will cancel.... Miss Kaite asked What 's wrong with the more than 6 policy My response It not as flexible for customers unfortunately, Miss Katie did not like this response, got nasty and cancelled our reservation. I was going to spend over $500 that eve, oh well MUCH better spent elsewhere. Such a shame to see a restaurant, in these covid normal times, being so awful to customers. I continued to say that I 'd still like to come but nope :
