Bidrage med feedbackThe Nam Tok was a bit too salty and the beef was slightly overcooked. The Tom Yum was too sweet and lacked the spiciness and sourness expected. However, the best dish was the pork shank, which came with a delicious sweet and spicy chili sauce. This dish is a must-try. Overall, I gave a 3.5 rating instead of 3.0 because of the standout pork shank dish.
Surprisingly, the food was actually quite good. The vegetable spring rolls were packed with veggies, crispy, and had a hint of smokiness. The pad thai was flavorful and had a good mix of chicken and tofu, though it could have used a bit more sourness from tamarind. The portions were generous, so we had to take some home. My husband's penang chicken curry was rich and coconutty, with hints of galangal and kaffir lime leaf. It was a bit too salty for our liking, but we would still consider ordering it again. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at Ma Me Thai.
Ohhh booo hooo nuggets. You waited more than one minute to be served. Toughen up whingers, I eat here once a week and the food is always good.
First time at this restaurant and have to say I loved every aspect. The place itself is beautiful, friendly service and some of the best Thai food I've had. Will definitely be back
