Bidrage med feedbackSituated in a bustling food precinct along St. Georges Road, this restaurant thrives on its popularity. Despite its modest appearance, the service is laid-back yet efficient. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, including well-prepared nachos, tacos, and burritos made from fresh and flavorful ingredients. The churros with chocolate sauce are a must-try, as it is so tempting to drink the sauce! This is a great spot for a quick and casual meal rather than a romantic date night. We were highly recommended to try this place out and we will definitely be returning!
I had a great time at this restaurant. I ordered three tacos and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the pulled pork and beef shoulder tacos were. The wedges and salad were also tasty. The service was friendly, welcoming, and fast. I would definitely come back again.
Whenever we visit family in Melbourne, we like to explore new cafes and restaurants. We recently tried out this wonderful place that had a fantastic courtyard, was child-friendly, and had a cozy interior. We began our meal with a refreshing icy lime Granita drink. The kids enjoyed the quesadilla, while we tried the Taco Trio with options of pork, prawns, or chicken.
We had a very tasty dinner for three here and rolled home afterwards. Slightly different to mexican, very interesting flavours. Chicken taco and pork ribs were standouts.
Not so long ago, the quickest path to good Mexican food in Melbourne was booking a flight to South Texas. In recent years, though, the city has given Mexican cuisine a big abrazo (hug). El Chino is among the many tasty spots that have sprung up in numerous neighborhood. I had nachos, and was offered two varieties: Tex-Mex and the house special, in which the ingredients are more compressed in a bowl rather than spread out across a platter. I chose the latter (despite being a former resident of Texas), and enjoyed it. The chef, I'm told, is Peruvian, and I'm looking forward to trying some of the less conventional items on the menu such as the Kale
