It is a small eatery totally casual and don't bring more than 8 people to eat with you. Well unless you come at 12pm for lunch or 5pm for dinner and grab the longest table which can fit group of ten. Otherwise you won't be able to eat at the same table. Ok the noodle part. This is my second visit. The first time I ordered pungent spicy beef Biang noodle. The noodle actually are flat and wide like a belt, thus name biang biang. It is Uighur food which came from mainland china. My friends and I do not like the after taste of the pungent noodle. It is pungent that left a "pain" on your tongue.Having said that the soup is heavenly delicious. So the second trip was organised the following week. I ordered spicy beef biang noodle soup (minus the pungent). Oh my Lord, it is so delicious. My friend ordered Dolan spicy beef biang biang. We ordered spicy cumin lamb biang biang and also spicy chicken with potato biang biang.Overall we are pleased with the menu and the authentic flavour of Uighur cuisine. The chilly rate is average and not at hot as I expected. But highly recommended to eat at this eatery. It is run by Muslim and so if you are looking to eat authentic Chinese and halal do try it.
I highly recommend ordering the chef's recommendation, as they are truly delicious.
The simple yet delicious cumin lamb burger was a pleasant surprise, with tender meat and great flavor! The side of sesame noodles was also a refreshing addition. I highly recommend this place for its authentic and high-quality dishes.
Taste good, big portion, friendly staff, quick service, but small place. Overall, super good and will definitely come again with my friends, thanks
