Scarface Pizzeria - Melbourne

The vegan pizzas at this restaurant had a lack of flavor, minimal toppings, and very little cheese. I would not choose to order from this establishment again.

I would give this restaurant five stars if I could. I ordered the truffle pizza, mashed potato and gravy (vegan), and pasta with vegan meatballs. The mashed potato and gravy was out of this world- it was incredibly delicious. The pizza was also very tasty, and the meatballs in the pasta had a nice shredded soy consistency similar to expensive tofu products, not the usual unpleasant texture, color, or taste that I have experienced at other vegan restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. Even my friend, who usually only enjoys junk food, commented on how delicious his pizza was.

I am truly surprised by the negative reviews for this restaurant because the pizza I tried was absolutely delicious! I came across a vegan meat feast pizza on UberEats and I just had to order it, especially since I was feeling hungover at the time. The pizza was amazing and I would definitely order it again. The presentation was a bit unconventional, and I couldn't help but laugh when I opened the pizza box, as did my non-vegan roommates. But ultimately, the taste was what really stood out to me and that's all that matters!

We ordered two pastas from here and the mock chicken was gross and barely cooked and the pastas were so bland and not at all nice neither of us finished our meals. Really disappointed in the food.
