The Soup Shop - Melbourne

A great place for good food This restaurant and shop is located in a shopping center on the northwest corner of the Post and N Wickham street intersection. The shopping center has a publix and a panera and so the traffic can be challenging and the parking can be a little limited. The store accommodates two business rooms and has a sandwich shop, an order-out area and diving options. They have soups, salads and cakes, but they are known in this area for their soups. We ordered the soup on this last visit. You have a section to order sandwiches on the left. The center is a counterpart to ordering and payment for soups, cakes and foods. There is a dining area with about 10 tables to the right. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are options for the gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian amount. We ordered chili and chicken enchilada and chicken noodles soups. They were excellent after they were heated. I would highly recommend this place for my fellow travelers in the area, and I plan to try their sandwich shop and food area at the next visit. Enjoy!

Great place! So far everything I have tried from here has been wonderful. They’ve recently changed their hours and have an updated their websites. So now they’re close Saturdays Sundays. : Lol, I guess I need to plan ahead. If I want some of the delicious soup on the weekend.

Nice place! Had amazing food. I had the tomato bisque and BLT sandwich and it was amazing. Has fantastic artworks everywhere and great options for food.

This place has the best soup ever. I don't understand any ratings less than 5 stars for this place. The quality is here! My family has lived in this city for decades, but we recently tried the soup shop. Absolutely fantastic. They allow the sampling of soups that are brilliant. The Mexican tortilla, beer cheese, beef chili and French onion are incredible. My cousin got the crab soup that was also delicious. Considering the quality and the fact that there is a long little business, the prices are more than fair. You pay the same for soup that came from a plastic bag from other restaurants! I can pay less than 20 bucks for two days. Try her ny cheesecake too. The raspberry swirl was my favorite. I always get soup here every week I can!!!

Ahhh-mazing! My first stop in The Soup Shop! Yummmm! A good hearty soup is the insulting comfort food. And WOW, I guess I am! I'm weak in my knees for a good beer cheese. When I drowned my spoon through her version of this concoction, I felt that I would soon be intoxicated in the joy of life. Oh, yeah! The best beer cheese soup I had the pleasure to enjoy! Excellent beer notes with many small tasty tidbits to tantalize the palate eaters! Half a prime rib sandwich, the food made my day. Oh yes, the sandwich in the French onion-Esque-Jus then dip into the beer cheese! Thank you.
