Smoothie King - Melbourne

These two need some serious customer service training, the past few times I've been they are generally unwelcoming and unattentive. But today they were downright rude. This combined with the ending of 5$ Fridays I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service was unpleasant. Definitely lacking soft skills 100%. Didn’t seem very welcoming. No smiles or good morning or how may I help you... absolutely nothing. I thought I was walking into a funeral home. The energy of the place was dead.Pro- the one girl who did do my smoothie did a great job on the smoothie ...so thank you for that.

I gave this place another shot. again crispy customer service, was not satisfied with my smoothie, watered. they didn't want to come back to me or make another one for me without charging me twice, I won't be back. I'm going all the way from titusville because I love smoothie king. pretty disappointed.

As a sport I have lust on sweet things that are healthy and smoothie-king is the place I was able to get that it is also great for after work outside or running.

This is my FAVORITE smoothie spot! Always healthy and always delicious! Fantastic service! Highly recommend!!! Enjoy!!!
