Red Lobster - Melbourne

When greeted by a young boy named Jacob, he was very friendly and sat at the table we demanded. He told us our waitress was with us and gave us the menu before he forced me and left. Our server Kyle was very fast and had a good setting. Music was good, food was good, service was good.

We came back to Red Lobster to celebrate my son? Birthday, our waitress was so nice and we had a great service, We love to eat at Red Lobster? it is our family fav restaurant, thank you for the amazing food and make my son's birthday special for him.

We went to lunch. Our service Kat was wonderful. She was polite and polite. But unfortunately I can't say that for greeting. He was annoyed with us because he offered us a table (he did not even give us a selection of a stand) and as we demanded a book, he showed us exactly where he was angry with us. He wasn't polite, he was very polite and short with us. I hope he'll have a better day tomorrow. But apart from that, the food was absolutely delicious.

There are only 10 tables in the whole restaurant and they told us the servers were really busy. We had 2 with gluten allergies and made it clear from the beginning. Basically, nothing went right.... It took half an hour to get the appetizers. They brought the salads with beets. When we pointed out to the allergies and that they had to be made new, we are quite sure that they just went back and took the crumbs away from the salads and reserved. My mother was sick and painful before we came home. You made the appetizers wrong. We had to ask 3 times for spoons to go with the soup they brought out. My husband ordered Clam Chowder... that never came. We had to ask them to remove this from the bill. They brought the ducks from which a crabbon had. We never have the crab kit to eat them. My husband tried to break her up to get the crab out. Even if we asked about the crab kit three times. In the end, when the meal on the way out we had to ask for the manager... obviously she had no idea that there were any problems at all. She gave us a 25% discount by being too little too late. We're not coming back. At least not at this point. One of the worst culinary experiences we've ever had.

Our server Sarah was amazing!! Great food, great service, and all in all a great night!!
