Once again they forgot half the order . Its every time ! Why is it so hard to double check the order . Once in a while is one thing but its been the last 2 times in a row

Fast service. Food quality is the typical panera fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean. Bathroom clean.

I ordered a group lunch from this restaurant, and it was outstanding. One of our Baja Chicken Warm bowls was missing the chicken, but they promptly sent out a replacement without hesitation. They arranged for DoorDash to deliver an entirely new bowl, along with a cookie! I was pleasantly surprised because I expected just the chicken, not a whole new bowl. I give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service and for quickly resolving the issue. All the food was fresh and met my expectations!

The tuna wasn't very good—it had a bitter taste. However, the bread was nice, and the brownie was delicious.
