Mcdonald's - Melbourne

Good McDonald's shop is always clean. The service is also good, accurate and polite. It eats and uses good pandemic.

There was no meat on my burgers from my driver's license. I went in to correct the order and the staff was apathetic and didn't say anything, they only took my bag of meatless burgers and I heard the manager say that this was the third time that this happened today. I wait there for 10 minutes for my corrected order while other customers came to me and got their. At some point I asked about it and they said they didn't know I wanted to correct my order. I finally got the right order. It is unintentional to make a mistake in order, but I was insulted by the reaction of the employees and managers.

This location offers excellent service, friendly staff and rarely order them. If they do, they do it ten times. Dining area and bathrooms are always clean and they practice Vivid protocol. I highly recommend this place.

On 10/27 I rolled into the drive thru around midnight after having a really really terrible day, all I wanted was some nuggets and fries and a soda and to go home and watch TV. I pulled in and was immediately filled with comfort, relief and happiness when Chris, the night manager I believe, handed me my order in only a a few minutes, they were literally dripping in oil so fresh. Same with the nuggets, he gave me the bag and said here ya go they're extra hot be careful. And I literally just wanted to cry and hug him

I know this is a fast food chain. And everyday is different based on the crew and many factors. But my visit on 10 20 2020 around 10am was HORRIBLE. NO ONE WOULD PAY ATTENTION TO ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO ASK FOR MY MOBILE ORDER THAT WAS ALREADY READY!!! Order TV MONITOR not working as well.
