Great experience in the store was able to get in and out quite quickly. No lines inside?

I had my first experience at this establishment today around 10:15 AM. While I'm not typically one for donut meals, I found myself in a lovely neighborhood and in a great mood after receiving excellent service just two doors down. I thought it would be nice to continue my happy day with a donut. As I entered, the young lady at the register seemed to ignore me for the most part; she barely acknowledged my presence and didn’t greet me with a simple "hello" or "good morning." When I finally approached the counter, she looked around and hesitantly said "hi." I was quite disappointed by the lack of warmth and attention I received.

This restaurant is a complete disappointment and a waste of space in an otherwise nice strip mall. There seem to be no employees on-site, likely because they don't pay them well. The few staff members they do have take up all the handicap parking spots, making it difficult for customers who actually need them to find a place to park. The trash cans are overflowing, making the whole place feel uninviting. Overall, it's a poorly run establishment, and I doubt they'll be in business for much longer. To top it off, the food is stale.

I came through the drive thru just to get a cup of fresh hot coffee. To my surprise, when I arrive to the window, I was greeted by a former or an active DRUG user. It looked like this woman was going through a bad withdrawal. She was scratching everywhere!!! Her mouth was filled with secretions on each side. I was disgusted after seeing her do this. Please roll the cameras back to approximately 6:04pm on March 1st. You'll see exactly what I'm talking about. While I do commend the woman for trying to work and get her life on track, she shouldn't be handling people FOOD. Taking out the TRASH is more suitable
