I am very disgusting with the taste of these strawberry Coolata. It is not sweet and does not take like strawberries. I think I decided, maybe I have to turn it around. No, it didn't fix it. Not only am I disgusted, but I am disturbed by how Dunkin Donuts sell this mess to everything and think it's okay. NO PRIDE IN PRODUCTION? I appreciate the good customer service, but this Strawberry Coolata is just not for me. I'm sick in my stomach?

I've been to this location several times. The customer service quality is okay. Today I ordered a hot Vanilla chai at the drive thru. She repeated my order correctly over the speaker. I got to the window and was handed an iced chai instead. I said I wanted hot vanilla chai. She said oh and shut the window. I wait for 5 minutes and finally got the chai. For some reason, it's very salty almost like a caramel flavor but DD doesn't even have a Caramel chai!
